Upgraded Linear Type Feel

The same material as the popular Gateron Ink V2, the Gateron Box Ink V2 Switches improved its design and upgraded its linear experience with more flexibility and smoothness to offer you a brand-new typing experience. The 5-Pin switches are fully compatible with 5-Pin MX mechanical keyboard hot-swappable versions with 2-Pin LED without modifications, which will give you extra stability when typing or gaming.

Short Travel-Distance, Fast Actuation

Expanding on the original Ink V2 switches, the Gateron Box Ink Switches incorporate a shorter travel distance (about 3.4mm) as well as a black-plated spring for a fast rebound. Compared to other ordinary mechanical switches, the Box Ink Switch is lighter and triggers faster.

New Appearance Design

Featuring a smoky-transparent housing and opaque colored dustproof “Wall” stem, this mechanical switch has less stem wobbliness than other gateron switches, which makes it more stable when typing. The newly ink black and ink pink physical design also adds a little mystery to this switch to add more enjoyment when typing.

It gives great typing experience and clear feedback to your fingers.

I bought a set of Aliaz (80 gf) before which is outstanding but Ink V2 • Black is better than that. I'm really satisfied with this product.

The only downside is that the Ink V2 • Black is louder than the Aliaz. It could be quieter than, say, the North Pole 2.0 • Yellow, but the typing experience makes up for that. Don't get me wrong, the switches aren't fundamentally loud, they're just louder compared to the Aliaz switches, and the Aliaz switches are very quiet.

You can use it in the office, it's no louder than a "normal" membrane keyboard, and unless you have a baby in the next room being put to sleep, it's not even distracting in everyday use at home.

The best

Best switches for marble sound

Sound really good

I replaced the stock switches (Gateron Reds) of my Keychron Q3. The Box Ink Black V2 switches are heavier and louder but they sound really good. The stock lubrication is good but not perfect and the stems are very firm compared to reds. Overall I like these switches very much.

Perfect linear switch

For me, the best linear switch (Black) ever. It doesn't get any better than this. (Krytox 205g0 + GPL 105)
